Phones work great! Make sure your batteries are fresh or you may have a problem with the connection breaking up. I used the old batteries out of my old phone. Two of the phones were breaking up when trying to talk on them. I replaced the batteries with a new set that came with the phones & the problem was
solved! I also bought an extra handset to make 6 in total & the phone extender just in case. The wife likes to take the phone with her when working in the backyard or when visiting the next door neighbor.

We are replacing our old Panasonic phone & so so glad we did. This one is so much better. Caller blocking now is easy & quick. When you see a scam call coming in- one push of a button & they are blocked, you don't have to wait till they decide to hang up to do it. The other feature I love is that you can set it up so that when blocked callers try to call - they won't even ring thus not disturbing you. What I also love is having the 2 extra sets as I can keep one fairly active, one is charging & always full charge so can swap as needed. This is a really great phone, a big step up from the older model. Even if you don't need to get a new system, this is worth getting as it is really improved.
