this works great with VOIP phone lines
Bought this to replace a Full size phone with answering system, yep still go old school, but it works and saved me money. Have the VOIP phone because I have had the same phone number since I was a child and 62 years later still have it with OOMA. This compact Panasonic has all the features you will need. It may
take reading the manual to figure some things out but the caller ID voice announce was feature I had before with a caller ID and I found I could get it with this. Same Panasonic quality Ive know for decades at a very good price. Hopefully this will be the last phone I will ever need, no complaints!!

Nice phones. I wanted 6 phones without an answering machine as I have one that works fine with another phone. Buying extra handsets is expensive. They run about $40 each. I phoned Panasonic and they told me that If I bought another identical phone set the three new phones can be traIned to the original base station. I ordered another identical set of phones and following the instructions in the manual paired the new three phones to the first base station. Works great. The new base station is not hooked to the phone line and it has become a charging base for one of the phones. There are many good features to these phones. There is a call blocking button so unwanted calls can be blocked from future connections. Seems to work well. If desired they can be individually un-blocked also. Another nice feature is that any changes make to one phone are also made to all 6 phones.
