Very easy to set up even with the minimalistic sheet of set-up directions. If you needed more guidance you could probably go on line. Sound quality is fine, handset is fine. Nice clean looking little phone/answering machine, a little smaller than the one we had before, which is a plus. Cheaper price than I expected. i am pleased.
