Does have good sound quality. The price isn't bad but it would be nice if a unit was available with several extra handsets. Using this in an office as it has 2 lines on it. I did purchase extra handsets which is nice they do have them offered.

I am very fussy and particular about the phones I get, and this one checks more boxes than I ever imagined.

Everything about its functioning is ergonomic, brilliantly designed, simple to use, and powerful.

And the fact that you can enter a number into the phonebook on any of the receivers and all of them know it's pretty great.

Each phone shows whether the ringer is muted, what time it is, the length of the call, and more.

Great phone system at this price point in the sub $200 range. Appreciate the two line capability. Voice quality is great on a land line. Features are great as well. Did a few tests to figure out how to switch between the two lines, use hold, etc. without looking at the manual first, so quite intuitive. Manual is a fully printed mini book - thank you! The next step up is a PBX system which is several hundred dollars, so very happy with this product.

We ordered this to be a backup for the identical model we have had in service for around 15 years. We had been using AT&T’s U-Verse VOIP service and it got to the point where it couldn’t “understand “ some of the keys’ touch tones being transmitted by the base unit. We ditched the U-Verse service and went to OOMA, and our 15-year-old VTech equipment worked like a charm. This is obviously an older model, but we love it!! I don’t know how much the message recorder will hold, but we don’t limit incoming message length, and we’ve never run out of space even after coming back from a month-long vacation.

Works with line rollover once set up with your phone carrier. Both lines work well, answering system is simple. From what I have gathered there is no way to set a message for both lines in one go, you have to do them both individually. This is really my only complaint. The extra handsets are cheap, so I can't complain too much. Overall easy to use and I like the functionality.

The sound is great and everything works as it is supposed to. I love the ability to block calls instantly. And I have a very young child that naps every day and I can block/quieten calls from interruptions. Totally recommend these phones.
